Comfortably one of 2016’s most astounding records, Mothers have announced the release of an digital-only deluxe version of their ‘When You Walk A Long Distance You Are Tired‘ LP, and also shared a stream of one of said-releases bonus tracks in the form of the eerie hum of ‘Easy As Possible’ – one of four early demo-recordings that will accompany the album’s re-release.

Preceding another batch of European tour dates, which kicks off at The Lexington in London on August 17th, the new track feels instantly potent; a spellbinding and stirring marriage of weird half-sounds and Kristine Leschper’s exasperated vocal which here sounds fascinatingly distant; the raw nature of the take sounding like some unidentified voice bleeding through adjoining walls, bringing a ghostly atmosphere to the stillness of an empty room on some otherwise unremarkable day.
